Meet Our Founder

Joshua has over two decades of experience in Rhode Island real estate investing and development. He started his career after purchasing a fixer upper his senior year in college and has since done scores of deals throughout Rhode Island and New England.
He has been a real estate investor since the early 2000's and has been private lending since 2019 where he has financed a variety of deals from rehabs to ground up construction across Rhode Island and Minnesota. Most recently, Josh developed an 18 unit townhome and apartment complex in Providence, RI and brings a hands-on approach to private lending with deep knowledge of the Rhode Island real estate market.
